I am a big snacker, especially when I am watching my favorite movie or show. Over the years, I have been trying to eat cleaner and better. Making small changes can lead to better overall health. It is not always easy, but I promise all of the small changes does make it worth it! It leads to a better relationship with food and being more mindful. Keeping snacks simple is also better for convenience, which is a big reason why the “bad stuff” is much easier to eat. We are going to cover every craving you might possibly have and suggest the perfect snack alternative for it. For example, salty, crunchy, sweet, spicy, and chocolate.
Salty Snack - Cucumber, Lime, & a pinch of Tajin

This combo is my childhood snack & will hit every time!
Crunchy Snack - Hummus and baby carrots

This snack is the perfect crunch & hummus is a MUST in my fridge.
Sweet Snack - Fresh Fruit

So simple, but so efficient when getting rid of a sweet craving. Just have a bowl of mixed fruit.
Spicy Snack - Edamame with Chili Oil

Get a chili oil you love, and add only one tablespoon to a cup of edamame for the perfect spicy kick.
Chocolate Snack - Dark Chocolate pieces

I am a dark chocolate girly! There are so many benefits in eating dark chocolate like lowering blood pressure, high in fiber, & eases stress and cramping.
