As we get closer to winter, I am happy to help with the ultimate guide to all things cozy. I will share a wide variety of tips for the overall coziness of the body and mind. My guide is designed to provide comfort and warmth, physically and mentally. It is important to take in all the coziness and fully indulge this season. In our busy world, it makes us believe we need to hustle constantly, but use this as a gentle reminder that finding comfort and taking things slow is also the right move. Let’s dive into all things cozy this season.
Weighted Blankets: For ultimate relaxation and warmth. This is definitely a treat-yourself treat if you want to splurge on your cozy indulgences. Target has a great weighted blanket that you can pick how much weight you want and in different colors. Target.com

Plush Robes: Perfect for wrapping up after a shower or lounging around. I love my plush robe, I wear it all winter season, especially walking around my house when it is so cold. I personally got my white robe from Target, I have had it for 3 years and it is still in good condition. Target.com

Cozy Socks or Slippers: Both are a perfect match, but either one is great too! If you don't already have a pair of cozy slippers or socks, it is a MUST every season. I got the cutest softest Christmas socks at Target. The Ugg Scuffette slipper are on my Christmas list this year. Traget.com

Candles: Just always set the vibe in any room to cozy. I don't know what it is about lighting a candle in your room that just instantly makes you feel so warm and cozy. My favorite candles are from Anthropologie not only for scent, but for decor as well! Anthropologie.com

Pajamas & Loungewear: Quality sleepwear or loungewear can transform your lounging time. I was gifted a Victoria's Secret PJ set for Christmas last year, and I was immediately obsessed. I have worn them so many times over the year, and it still doesn't look or feel worn out. The quality was surprisingly good. VictoriaSecret.com

Don’t forget to create your cozy atmosphere and safe place this holiday season. For some people, the holiday season isn’t so merry and bright, so definitely prioritize your mental health and space with comfort during this time as well. Being cozy will bring warmth and relaxation into your life, even in the smallest ways. Stay cozy!
